I had 04 surgeries in my lower back with negatives results and now I suffer from chronic and severe pain all the time, cold showers and exercising, especially walking out on the street help me to try to forget the daily problem that I carry day and night, I take all kind of medicines for pain and depression, I lost a lot of friends and family but, I still don't know how I am still alive and writing this comment to others, knowing that I am not a good motivator, I pray a lot and hopefully one day will feel a little much better! thanks.

I have been living with parapelgia for 23 years t-11 t-12 complete but experiance extreme pain in right thigh are and all I take is oxycodone and that jusy makes the pain a little more tollerable for a little while. Now I have been experiancing incredible back pain after laying down and/or sleeping. I only have medicare and can not afford mri and other exams. Any suggestions. I do practice relaxation techniques but the pain is so excrutiating I usually can't meditate very long. Is there any help. I am a mother and a wife and my family really needs me to be strong but I don't know how much longer I can go on and if this back pain is going to get worse. Any advice is appreciated.
